How ordering works

  1. Send your inquiry

    Fill in the order form with your date, size and idea. It comes straight to me.

  2. I confirm the date and design

    I check I am free for your date, talk the design through with you and send you a quote.

  3. Deposit, if one is needed

    Larger orders may need a deposit to hold the date. I will tell you if yours does.

  4. Your order is confirmed

    Once that is settled the date is yours and I get baking.

  5. Pickup or delivery

    Collect from Lewis Ave in Chilliwack, or I deliver for a small charge based on where you are.

Are your cakes gluten free?

Gluten-free options are available; however, all products are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten-containing ingredients. While care is taken when preparing gluten-free orders, I cannot guarantee they are completely free from cross-contact. These products may not be suitable for individuals with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies.

How much notice do you need?

I would prefer at least 4 days notice to place an order. If my schedule allows I can sometimes take last minute orders, so it is always worth asking.

How do I pay?

Cash, e-transfer, or card on pickup or delivery — I have a Square machine. Payment details follow once you are happy with your quote. A deposit may be required on larger orders to hold your date.

What if I need to cancel or change the date?

If you give me more than one week's notice your deposit is refunded in full. With at least 4 days notice I can move your order to a different date instead.

Why is there no price on the order form?

Every price on my menu is a starting price. Two cakes the same size can take very different amounts of work depending on the detail, so I quote each order individually and confirm the exact number before anything is booked.

Do you deliver?

Pickup is from Lewis Ave in Chilliwack. I also deliver for an additional charge based on where you are — tell me your address on the order form and I will include it in your quote.
